Sharp knife in plate steel with gorgeous wooden butt in rosewood. Is 19 cm long and has a hardness of 55 HrC. The knife is not dishwasher safe. The butt produced from fibrox plastic is extremely durable. It can withstand up to 150 degrees for a shorter period of time and 120 degrees for a longer period of time.
