The T1 printer is outfitted with a 0.4 mm brass nozzle capable of handling temperatures up to 300 ºC. At printing speeds of 1000 mm/s, the extrusion system can provide a maximum flow rate of up to 90 mm³/s with a maximum acceleration of 30,000 mm/s², delivering exceptionally fast prints.
Unrivaled Accuracy and Fast Cooling
Equipped with a high-power stepper motor for unparalleled accuracy, the T1 printer also features a potent CPAP Turbofan that operates at 30,000 rpm to ensure rapid part cooling, matching the ultrahigh layer deposition speed. The ultralight printhead is optimized for impeccable results at high printing speeds.
Integrated AI Camera for Remote Monitoring
The integrated AI camera allows users to remotely monitor printing progress in real-time and record time-lapse videos of the printing session. The AI camera also detects printing problems as they occur and alerts the user to issues such as debris detection or the spaghetti effect.
Wide Range of Filament Support
The T1 printer's twin-gear, direct-drive extruder allows for smooth extrusion of both standard materials (PLA, PETG, PVA, PET) and demanding filaments (ABS, ASA, PA, PC, etc.), including flexible materials like TPU. The textured PEI print surface ensures optimal adhesion of the first layer and easy part removal.
User-Friendly Touchscreen and Controls
The T1 3D printer is equipped with a 4.3" color touchscreen, enabling users to perform maintenance and control the printing process (also possible through the PC interface). Offering an astonishing printing speed of 1000 mm/s, a build volume of Ø 260 x 330 mm, an extrusion temperature of 300 ºC, and a bed temperature of 110 ºC, the T1 ensures precise and efficient 3D printing.
